Kale and Red Fife Pasta
300g of our made-to-order Red Fife based Kale Pasta. Here, we add fresh kale puree to our original Red Fife recipe. Available in four shapes - Linguini, Fettuccine, Rigatoni, and Fusilli. Boiling time from fresh is 2 minutes, and from frozen is 3 minutes. Our pasta is made weekly and immediately upon milling our flour to ensure the freshness of nutrients. The whole grain flour components are wheat germ, bran, oil, essential vitamins, and amino acids.
